The City of Trenton, TN
Celebrates Recycling Success

The city of Trenton, Tennessee recently celebrated a milestone in their recycling efforts. The citywide curbside recycling program began in late 2009 in conjunction with Doxicom Recycling. The city has successfully reduced its waste going to the landfill by 30%, earning its 2^nd Greengooroo award. The total weight of trash diverted from the landfill to date is 748,000 pounds.
